With a background in aerospace engineering, Kyle built the company to bring measurable ground force data into baseball development. Under his leadership, NewtForce has evolved into a unified performance system that integrates multiple technologies and data sources to help athletes reach their full potential. With a degree in aerospace engineering from the University of Texas, Arlington, Paul Wanamaker is one of the greatest development minds in industry. His 25 years of experience in aviation has honed his design, stress analysis, and project management skills, making him a valuable asset to NewtForce. As a Structural Testing Facility Manager, Paul has mastered the art of testing complex systems, and he is now ready to bring his expertise to the next level at NewtForce. Here, he'll be designing and managing innovative technology solutions that will push the limits of what's possible in the world of sports. Whether it's for companies, organizations, or sports enthusiasts, Paul is poised to leave a lasting impact on the industry.

Mark Kraft is a versatile and skilled professional with a proven track record in the tech industry. With experience in both software engineering and HR, Mark has the unique ability to bring both technical and interpersonal skills to the table. His experience at renowned companies such as Ball Aerospace and Moog Inc. demonstrates his expertise in software development and testing. If you're looking for a tech professional who can wear many hats and always deliver results, look no further than Mark Kraft. And what Kyle likes about him most is that he never, ever, ever panics, as opposed to Kyle.

Will began his baseball career as a pitcher at the University of Arkansas during the 2018-2019 season under Coach Wes Johnson. He then transferred to The Citadel: Military College of South Carolina, where his season was cut short by the pandemic. Will completed his undergraduate degree at Arkansas State University while interning as a strength and conditioning coach at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). The following year, he joined LSU as the Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach for the baseball team and contributed to their 2023 National Championship win. In July 2023, Will joined the NewtForce team as the Director of the NewtForce Research and Development Center in North Little Rock, AR.

Jeff’s journey with the team began back in the early 2000s when he served as a Senior Engineer for AeroNautique, taking on some of the most complex aviation projects. After 20 years in the engineering trenches, grinding away at intricate SolidWorks models, Jeff found himself wanting more than the endless hours in front of a computer screen. He craved more movement and the chance to see the world beyond the workstation. We didn't quite believe him at first, and he quit. After a short, painful separation, we convinced him to come back home where we promptly fulfilled his vision of more mobility and getting to ‘see the world’—albeit in a beat-up Dodge pickup, dragging a trailer full of pitching mounds and parts. Jeff has since logged countless miles (from Morgan Hill, CA to Chapel Hill, NC), installed more NewtForce systems, and faced more USB camera cable panic attacks than any other human on the planet—and he’s just getting started.
